Chan Tien Seng

Mr Chan graduated with BSc (Hons) in Production Engineering and Management, MSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

He started Karate in 1975. He is currently holding the rank of 5th Dan in Goju-Ryu from Japan Karate Federation Goju-kai.

He is also a NROC senior coach and a registered P.A. Karate coach.
