Mr Sam Lim is the Chief Instructor of Shi Sei Kan Singapore. He started learning Karate in 1977 and received JKF Goju Kai 5th Dan in 2002. In 2003, he received the JKF Goju Kai Renshi and in 2009, the Goju Ryu Karate-Do Jitsueikai 6th Dan. He is Sports Singapore NROC Senior Coach, PA Trainer and Certified First Aider of Singapore First Aid Training Center.
